Portstaff Management Limited was formed in November 1998 and since that time over 1500 contractors have benefited from the comprehensive services we have been able to provide to them.

Through our scheme you become an Employee and a Shareholder of a Limited Company, working on a contract for services basis, providing your services to various organisations. Portstaff Management Limited will set up and manage that company on your behalf, file all returns and ensure that all legal obligations are fulfilled. In addition we will undertake all standard payroll duties e.g. payment of income tax to the Inland Revenue and National Insurance payments to the Contributions Agency. Our complete service ensures that members are able to concentrate on the more relevant aspects of their work and not be burdened with the administrational tasks of their company.
